Unable to account for conditioning using fresh goat milk as the liquid

That's to be expected- the 'numbers' come from the oils in the soap and adding other liquids is unquantifiable with those numbers.
You'll get a nicer bar of soap, but the hardness and conditioning numbers will not change. Same with aloe vera gel or other liquids that we may add. Clays also, which give some 'slip', or silk which gives a nice feel, or salt which hardens a bar, or sugar which gives more bubbles- they don't change the numbers attritubed to conditioning, longevity, etc.
