Cant sign in

I posted this on another thread before I found this thread. On July 22nd I purchased an annual membership. I can sign in to the forum I cannot sign in to the soap maker Friend website Google app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I click the contact us button the screen tells me to post my concerns in the forum so here I am.
