Will not accept subscription

I have attempted to pay for a subscription, but it will not go through. I tried 4 times.
I’m trying to save a new receipt, but it tells me I can only have 5 so it’s not accepting my subscription.

The developer tells me that it was rejected by the credit card company because the incorrect CVC code (usually on the back of the card) was entered.
