On Thursday I tried to upgrade my account, it said, will notify you after your card is processed. It’s Saturday and I still have not been upgraded? Is it normal for it to take that long?

No, it’s usually instantaneous. Did you get any notification from your app (if using the app to sign up), or from the credit card company?

I just upgraded this morning and received my conformation of payment but my account stills shows that need to upgrade? What is up with that?

I’ve tried a few times and it still wouldn’t upgrade I will try again this morning…
