Trying to Save a Purchae

I’m trying to add a purchase of baking soda into my supplies. When I try to save it something pops up saying “please enter a value using 11 characters or fewer” and I can’t figure out what it’s asking me for. I have the number of containers, weight of each in grams, cost of each. No shipping and I’m guessing it fills the total cost in on its own since that’s faded and I can’t change it.

Any idea what I’m missing?

Can you take a screenshot of that? Are you using an app, like iOS or Android, or the site version? It sounds like something is not being recognized.

Thank you. We have increase invoice number up to 50 characters now. Can you try it again? @Wendarogers

I figured it out. Once you mentioned the invoice number I changed it to NOT have dashes - between numbers and that did it. Thank you!
