I want to use Sodium lactate in my recipe, so please let me know how many grams to be added in a batch of 1 kg oil recipe?

1-1.5% of the total oil weight, and mix it in distilled water or cooled lye water. Higher concentrations can make soaps brittle. Remember, one reason to add this ingredient is to speed up hardening and un-mold sooner, but if wait too long to do that and cut the bars, that's where the brittleness becomes a factor.
If you are making a Castille bar soap you need 1.5% to speed the time required to use it. If you are trying to use an intricate soap mold, then the higher concentration will be helpful.
