Soapmaking Friend Upgrade

Hello,
I have not logged in since 1/23 and was not aware of the pending upgrade. I have logged back in, reset my password and found all my recipes are missing. I have no problem subscribing, as I understand the costs for running a site and performing upgrades. By subscribing, will my recipes be available or are they gone forever?
