Resizing Batch

I just create a batch based on a certain recipe, but i resized the batch to have the size of 7500 g , instead of the size of the actual recipe. The issue is that the % of oils and additives didn't change according to the batch size as it remains in same quantities in the original recipe. The olive oil % is 30 and should be with the new batch size around 2000 g. Please support
