Replacing water with milk is not working on calculations

When I add milk to liquid additives for water stage, it was adjusting the water amount accordingly - such as 587g milk added when 587 water was required would zero the water. Now I am getting like a triple amount of water in a negative number, which is of course not correct and throwing off everything. How do I replace the water with milk in my recipe on here and have it be correct?
