Problems with Inventory not showing up

I make my own liquid pump soap and my own liquid hair shampoo. I make the product from a base I created and make and then once the base is made I just need to add fragrance oil or essential oils to it. My problem is the Shampoo Base does show up in my inventory when I create a batch of it but my Pump soap does NOT show-up. I have tried to see what is different about the two but can't figure it out. Any help would be great.

That’s really odd- you’re adding the base to inventory, and the pump soap to inventory, but you can’t see the pump soap in inventory? Can you show a screenshot of your base in the inventory? I’m trying to picture how you add it, but when you add the pump soap doesn’t show up. If you add one, and then another, it should still be seen.
