Premium not working….

The calculation wasn’t working and I’m trying to get serious about my soap making and getting my business off the ground.
I signed up for premium and saw the charge on my credit card. The premium never worked and now I’m not sure if the charge is still there. I went by the dollar amount on my notification, but would help to know what the charge shows as the company name so I can see if the charge was removed and I need to try payment again or if there is another issue.
