what does "not a valid entry" mean when there is no indication what is invalid.

Can you show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you create the recipe and it has that not a valid entry? Something seems to be missing in one of the blanks if thats what’s happening.

I sent a pic of exactly what she’s seeing. Nothing is lacking or it wouldn’t calculate. “Please enter a valid value” drops down when I try to save.
Which version of the app is that? I can’t recreate it. You don’t see where to enter any ingredients?

This is happening to you too? You fill in the entire recipe, and you get that blank page? you don’t see the calculator and results like I do, side by side? What device and version of the app are you using?
As a premium account holder, you should never have a blank page like that and I need to send this to the developer once we know the device and platform, as the iOS app and the site are not giving that result. Thank you.
Your account is not a Premium Account, and so are limited in the number of recipes you can create and save.
You did have a Premium account, but it expired and is not longer Premium.
I don’t have a blank page, I have a complete recipe I input, the results show and the Save button is highlighted at the bottom. However, when I hit save, a dropdown black bar spans the top of the screen that reads “Please enter a valid value.” Nothing is missing, the recipe and results are complete. It is preventing a save. This is on my MacBook.
