NAOH AMOUNT REQUIRED

HELLO I SEE THAT THE AMOUNT OF NAOH ON MY RECIPE IS 349.28 GRAMS , BUT THE CORRECT AMOUNT I NEED FOR MY RECIPE IS 334.12 GRAMS OF NAOH I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE'S A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM? THANK YOU!

Can you show me where you are seeing the difference in what you need in a screenshot so I can compare them, and see the problem? Thanks!

I also have had different calculations... So I always double check with a different lye...or I have no idea what i am reading

Unfortunately, without seeing the concentration of the lye, the superfat, the amount of lye and type of lye, I can’t turn this into the developer. So any help and screenshots where there is a discrepancy would be very helpful in seeing the issue.

I just checked a recipe on a different calculator (a plain no-features calculator) against SoapmakingFriend, and with the same recipe, same lye purity and same lye concentration, found the the amount of lye was identical:




This is on the site version. Are you seeing differences on the site version, or one of the apps? If this is happening, any help you can give us to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
