missing subscription

I know I paid the yearly subscription as it was billed and paid. However, it is not showing up on my account. Who do I contact to correct this?

I can't find a subscription with your user name in our records. Did you sign up on a device and maybe use an autogenerated private email? Can you email a receipt of your payment to [email protected] so I can look it up that way? Thank you.

I think there might be an issue. I have two email addresses associated with my account that I was unaware of. The first is XXXXXX and the other is xxxxx. How do I combine them? I just looked and it looks like it renewed on May 7, 2026. I have noted that the system has updated to include a supporting membership. What is the difference between premium and what I paid for? I purchased the lowest tier. I would like to use the soap/lye calculator.

I removed your email addresses from public view. I don't show a premium (paid) account for either one of those accounts. Can you please email me your renewal, or a screenshot from when you are logged in so I can track down the account? [email protected].

We cannot combine accounts unfortunately, but neither of those email address show a Premium account so I suspect you logged in with apple or google an accidentally created a new private email account.
