Locked Out After New Charges

I have been trying for over an hour to log back into my recipes. On April 21 I was charged $29.99 for a renewal. Since then I keep getting a “null” error message every time I try to login. Changing the password did not do a thing. What is happening?

I am on the same Apple iPad and iPhone I have always used for this site. I don’t understand because I was an early adopter and signed up the first time the premium option was available.

I have had a similar problem. EDIT: I just checked back on that thread, and Alan had responded. I also just rechecked my recipes, and they are all showing now. WHEW! I hope your issue gets resolved quickly, Cathy!
