This is happening to me as well. I am new to Soapmakers Friend and I start the program just fine…input the oils. I think 1200 grams gives a nice full loaf. But when I choose lye to water ration of 2:1, it doesn’t calculate water.

I’m having the same problem all of the sudden. I’m just doing a simple recipe, one that I’ve used before. I’m using version 1.7.6 on an iPad, if that matters.

I'm using a laptop. I use frozen milk instead of water. When I add my milk as a liquid additive (the exact amount of milk in place of the water), it should zero the water - instead it gives me around a triple negative number and this affects EVERYTHING - the weight of the soap, etc. How do I do this?
