How to Cancel My Subscription

Hello - I'd like to cancel my subscription, but I cannot locate the cancellation link. It is scheduled to renew on March 13, but I do not wish to renew at this time. Thanks in advance for assisting me with this issue.

Hi- it looks like you subscribed on a device. If you did, to cancel your subscription, go into ‘subscriptions’ in settings on your device and then go to Soapmaking Friend. Click on it, and then click ‘cancel’ and you’ll be all set!

It’s slightly different on Android vs Apple devices, but generally you’ll go into your name, then subscriptions to find the one you’d like to cancel.

When you are logged in, you can click "my profile" on the website, or "my account" on one of the apps, and it will tell you. Your account shows this:
