Fragrance section, Inventory

Hi,

I am new here and experimenting with inventory and recipe making.

It seems to me, that when I create a new recipe, the fragrances section is quite useless - it doesn't work with the inventory, and this way the fragrances don't include in the cost of the batch, and I can't follow how much left of them.

When I add a new item to purchase, there are four options in the drop-down (base oil, additive, lye/water, packaging).
This is somehow inconsistent with the recipe-making form where there is a separate section for fragrances.
How should I add my essential oils and fragrances to the purchase?

So what do you think about this? I think it's a good workaround to not use the fragrances section and add them as additives.
I really don't see what the fragrances section is for.

I just don't see the point of this part:

Because, if I add something here, I won't see my available supplies (fragrances and essential oils) when I create a batch, and it won't affect the cost of the batch, and the remaining supplies either.

In order to achieve this, I have to add all my fragrances and essential oils as additives in the previous step. Is there any advantage of adding them here again at this part?
