Hi
Is it possible to be able to choose £GBP rather than USD using this software ?
Also, would it be possible to choose degrees Celsius rather than Farenheit for the temperature settings ?

Absolutely! That is all in your settings, as I have mine sent to farenheit, US dollars, and also grams. (Americans are weird like that).
