cost isn't being calculated

Hello,

For some reason my cost isn't being calculated when I start new batches of soap. All my ingredients are in my inventory and the only one that is calculating price i my rose clay and salt soap.

For some reason my cost isn't being calculated when I start new batches of soap. All my ingredients are in my inventory and the only one that is calculating price i my rose clay and salt soap.

I have the same problem, I don't know what to do. Paid US30 subscription fee for nothing. Sadly, this doesn't work.
