I pay for the yearly subscription upgrade, but recently I was somehow logged out of my account. When I tried to sign in it wouldn’t associate account, then said my login doesn’t match any current accounts. I know this is wrong, I can see my subscription details in settings, but it made me create a new account. I can’t upgrade the “new” account either, it crashes when I tap the upgrade button. How do I get back the upgrade that I’ve already paid for?
