Can’t restore subscription upgrade

I pay for the yearly subscription upgrade, but recently I was somehow logged out of my account. When I tried to sign in it wouldn’t associate account, then said my login doesn’t match any current accounts. I know this is wrong, I can see my subscription details in settings, but it made me create a new account. I can’t upgrade the “new” account either, it crashes when I tap the upgrade button. How do I get back the upgrade that I’ve already paid for?

This post has you showing up as a ‘new member’. In order to find the proper account, can I know your original user name?
 
I’m have this similar problem! I’m a new subscriber and wanted to upgrade to PREMIUM but when I click to upgrade it just crashes/shuts down. I’m not sure what to do

We're released new version to fix these problems. What is current app version you're using? It will show under bottom of Account page.
