Looking for bug off eo percentages. Lavender, peppermint, citronella, lemongrass

I don't have percentages at hand but I had a lot more success with catnip and lemon eucalyptus instead of citronella.

You can check the IFRA Admendament 51 for the percentages. Look at the different usage rates for your products, particularly 5 and 9. The eo's are consider safe to use without registering it with the FDA. The core issue is this: The EPA regulates claims, not just names. "Bugs Off" + "Stuff Bugs Hate" together create what the EPA calls an implied pesticidal claim, even without saying "repels mosquitoes." The name and tagline together communicate the product's intended function, and that's what triggers FIFRA. You may want to check with Marie Gale for more clarification.
