Bug: Custom Additive suggested values are not saving, or maybe just not loading

To reproduce:
Add a custom additive. I called it "Test additive".
Set the suggested amount to 1 g per 1 kg of oils.
Click Save Additive.
Edit that test additive again.

What is shown in the edit window:
Suggested quantity is 1 Tablespoon per 1 Pound of oils.

What should be shown:
Suggested quantity is 1 g per 1 kg of oils.

Note:
Sometimes when the Edit Additive dialog appears, the correct suggested quantity shows on screen for an instant before changing to the incorrect default suggested quantity.
