How do I explain to customers that how they perceive bubbles is actually a myth? More bubbles doesnt = cleaner. Bubbles don't clean. They are just a byproduct of using certain oils/surfactants. I would love some thoughts

That’s a hard one. I’ve never have anyone complain or even mention bubbles and cleaning- most want a mild creamy soap. Maybe for laundry or dishes(?). But then I also want bubbles for dishes (but not laundry) so maybe it’s just me.

Bubbles help lift the dirt and oils off the skin in order to facilitate washing them away. A "creamy" soap has much smaller bubbles, but they are there too.
Your choice of oils can add bubbles such as Coconut Oil, Palm Kernel Oils, or Babassu Oil as examples.
Sugars will add bubbles, even those found in Coconut Milk Powder, Goat and Plain Milk powder.
