Basic member recipe limit

Hi, I am a new member. Does the basic account only allow 1 recipe for the account? Or 1 recipe per month? On the pricing page on the Web site, the way it listed for the basic member is $0/month, and 1 recipe. It's not clear if that means 1 recipe per month.

The free version allows a total of one saved recipe. That allows a customer to try it out and get familiar with it before deciding to become a subscriber.
