Fatty acid composition of bacuri butter:

Palmitic acid (C16:0): 67–75%
Palmitoleic acid (C16:1): 3–7%
Oleic acid (C18:1, Omega-9): 22–27%

Saturated fatty acids: ~75%
Unsaturated fatty acids: ~25%
