Acne

I have a granddaughter with acne and would like to send her a soap that would help. Any suggestions?

My daughter swears by a olive oil 50%, coconut oil 25%, castor oil 5%, palm oil (or tallow) at 20% with charcoal as an additive. She said it really helped her.
