Hi, I upgraded to a premium account on 11/30, but my account hasn't been upgraded yet and my card was double charged, can you please help? Thank you!

Hi- Our developer said he doesn’t see any charges/payments on this account. Can you send me a private message with some details, like the email address on the account you used, and how you paid? Thank you!
