Unable to subscribe for Premium

I’ve been trying to pay and upgrade to premium but it’s stuck on the page and payment doesn’t go through. I’m in India. Is that an issue?

Tried again. It went to the next page but there has been no charge to my card.

Have made the payment twice but nothing has happened.. I'm on desktop btw

Upgraded the app on my phone and paid through Apple Pay and it worked.
