All of recipes are in pounds and grams now....ounces are missing

I have been using this site for many years. All of my past recipes are measured in ounces. Now they are all in pounds and grams.
How do i change this?

im not sure which recipe that is...but the ones i need that have previously been in the ounce and gram format aren't now... see my screen shot..
