Hello
I'm having a lot of trouble making my soap. If I add essential oils or clay to the saponified mixture, it gets heavy very quickly, even though I stop at a light trace. It becomes difficult to pour into the mold.
Please help me if you have a tip.

Yes, that often happens. Some fragrances behave better than others. What temperature is your soap batter when you add the fragrances? Sometimes a cooler temperature can help, but sometimes some fragrances just won't do anything different.

Many things can cause rapid, thick trace. Adding clay can thicken the batter, so can a water discount, temperature, as well as many fragrance oils, even using too much solid oils can do this. Take a closer look at your recipe to problem solve. Good luck!
