I upgraded the account with a yearly membership and received the invoice and receipt by email. However, my account is still a basic account. Clicking on Subscription still brings up the page to enter my Credit Card info for an upgrade.

You’re account had been upgraded- apparently for some reason with your credit card it had been delayed. You should be all set, but if you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact me again. Thanks for being a member of Soapmaking Friend- we appreciate you!
