I purchase oils in liters[by volume] and in use them in grams[by weight] how can i keep exact track of my supplies?

You can add them in liters and the software converts the liters/pounds in the remove from inventory feature for you. 
It works well! They did this because many of the items we buy (oils, aloe vera gel, vinegar, even water) are liquids sold by volume but used by weight in the recipe.
