If you’ve subscribed on your device, you have to cancel on the device/app. It’s in your subscriptions on the device, and you should be able to click ‘cancel’ and that cancels the monthly subscription Please let me know if you have any issues.

Good morning today I tried to cancel my premium subscription and the message I received is attached below. Can someone help me with this as I'm nearing the time for renewal March 27/24 and I'm not able to afford at this time.
