Hi! I wrote you all about over a week ago. I was charge $40 for a subscription and that was not expected. I havent even used this platform for more that 6+ months now. I have never or was at least aware of that price being a subscription cost or that it was even one. Times are hard and I need my funds returned, IMMEDIATELY! Please! Thank you!

You were refunded by us on March 4, 2026 to your credit card as the email you were sent that day explained. If your credit card company has not show this yet on their statement (they always say to allow 5-10 business days, as some process quickly, some process slowly), then please contact them with your concern about not seeing your refund. You were refunded on our end within minutes of asking, so it’s your bank that is the one holding this up.
