I made a batch of soap & must have added too Much fragrance oil. It immediately traced & the soap is hard. Can I rebatch this or is this batch a goner?

I purchased some goat milk to make soap and from what I’ve read I should freeze it in ice cube trays. When I go to make a batch of soap how do I know how many cubes to use! Do I weigh them like I do everything else?
