I just used the calculator as well for a pipe and only half filled the mould with the total weight it gave me.
When looking back I thought it may have meant diameter instead of radius but that gave a monster figure of oils.
Added sodium lactate. Moved quite slow. Thought i'd get false trace cause lye was colder than oils but seemed okay. Micas pretty awful - teal micro, mauve blushes and purple gold flakies. we'll see after gel. Used gold mica lines with toothed scrape between layers. Purple hooters.
