Anyone having issues saving recipes today? i tried saving 2 and i even refreshed my pages and opened in another browser but it tell me "you may only create -1 recipes"

Good day i am trying to understand the "first group, " second group" portion of the batch trackor.
And does it calculate my labor also in the soap bar price? i'm a little confused
