Cucumber Mojito 1.5
Notes:
Use Pureed cucumber for the liquid portion, freeze. Make up any missing amount with water
** Use extra virgin olive oil ( to add a yellow/green tint)
Divide batter in half:
Bottom half, add some green clay
For the Top: add green clay and spirulina. Sprinkle in mint leaves in the bottom half
Filling 3 loaves. Each recipe will fill half of 3 loaves
March 6: The two layers of green didn't look much different. Perhaps try using light olive oil for the lighter layer.
