Notes:
- Mix dry ingredients together by gloved hand, breaking apart clumps.
- Melt cocoa butter in microwave
- add cocoa butter to dry ingredients and blend by gloved hand
- add fragrance and blend by gloved hand.
- once mixture holds together when squished in hand, place and press into molds.
- let sit for 24 hours before unmolding and using
