Cold Process Experiment now with 20% liquid
Notes:
1% Sodium Citrate (1g) Add to Lye Solution before Lye (CHELATOR)
3% Sodium Lactate (3g) (increases fluidity, makes a harder bar, preservative
1% TOW Sorbitol - (1g) Add to hot Lye solution before Lye (LATHER STABILISER)
1 tsp per 500g Clay (1/4tsp) - used purple brazilian clay
put in 1/8th tsp of lavender EO
Poured at a light trace. Lye was around 50 degree celicus and oils around 50 degree celcius.
Did not oven insulate. Put in baking tray that was warm, moulds were warm. Put on dinner table and insulated with towels.
