Pine Tar and Neem

Notes:
Split oils in 2. Work cool (30-40C).
Add Pine Tar and EO to one half.
Add Lye to other half, mix to emulsion or THIN trace.
HAND STIR the other half with pine tar into lye batch.
As soon as it goes from glossy to even SLIGHTLY grainy, pour into mould immediately. NO TIME for individual moulds.
Fragrance: EOs - Tea Tree, Lavender, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus.
