Notes:
- Heat 17.2 oz. of water for dilution to boiling set aside---
- Heat oils to 220 degrees *Add sugar and salt and charcoal
- Combine NaOH and KOH andAdd to *** Liquid--4.6 oz Water + 8.67 glycerin ***Add citric acid to iliquid
- Optional add a couple of squirts of olive oil soap
- Stir to creamy texture
- Zap test
- Cover for 3-5 minutes
- Pour hot dilution water in blend for 30 seconds
- Cover and check in ten minutes-stir ten more minutes until clear Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp. Add preservative and fragrance
