Charcoal Liquid

Notes:
- Boil 26 oz water
- Heat oils to 220 degrees/add to crock pot
- add sugar , salt, 1 ½ tsps charcoal to oils in crockpot
- add two squirts of liquid soap to oils
- add citric acid to water and glycerin
- combing KOH, NaOH with Liquid *****8.22 oz. water and *** 4.59 oz. glycerin
- Add to oils
- stir to creamy texture
- zap test
- cover for 3-5 minutes
- pour hot dilution water in and blend for 30 seconds
- cover and check at ten minutes and again at twenty minutes
- At room temp add preservative and fragrance 1 oz
