Notes:
- Heat 16 oz. of water for dilution to boiling set aside
- Heat oils to 220 degrees *Add sugar and salt
- Combine NaOH and KOH Add to Liquid Water 4 oz. glycerin 7.61 *Add citric acid to it
- Optional add a couple of squirts of olive oil soap
- Stir to creamy texture
- Cover for 3-5 minutes
- Pour hot dilution water in blend for 30 seconds
- Cover and check in ten minutes-stir ten more minutes until clear Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp. Add preservative and fragrance
