58g dist water
6g SF sweet almond
2 TB soudium lactate
Used extra water to dissolve sugar; use warm water (3x5 seconds in microwave but should warm water first)
170g 1/2 tsp Angry Rose, remainder 1/2 tsp Phyllis Diller; poured Phyllis on top of Angry in bowl at medium/thick trace
Technique: Push with butter knife (close together) towards middle
Finished at 8:40P
