Notes:
γάλα βρώμης. σοκαρω ένα φλυτζανι βρώμης με 2 φλιτζάνια νερό το βράδυ. στραγγιζω το πρωί και βαζω την βρώμη με απιονισμένο νερό να φτιαξει 150γρ γάλα. το προσθέτω μετά την αναπτυξη γλυκερίνης και λίγο πριν τελειώσει το σαπούνι.
