Notes:
- Infuse distilled water with hibiscus flowers, then add in salt, and citric acid
- place part of the water solution to the side with a TBS honey, stir until dissolved
- Measure essential oils and mix in clay and oatmeal, let sit
- Measure all of oils, keeping solids in one big pot and liquids in a smaller vessel. Be sure to break up the kokum star to help it melt fully
- Slowly pour lye into main distilled water infusion
- Slowly pour lye solution into solid butters/oils, stirring until mixed, then add in liquid oils and lastly, the rest of the lye solution.
- Divide into two or three roughly equal parts, mix to emulsion
- Add clay/essential oil mixture to one vessel at a time and hand stir, pop with hand blender until smooth, then drop into loaf mold
- Repeat as necessary with each vessel and make a layered soap or a swirl design.
