Notes:
Divide batter in half. Color half with 1 tbsp cocoa powder, add coffee granules to lighter half. Pour dark half first. Texture top and then pour lighter half. Texture top and add coffee beans.
add 1 tsp kaolin clay to FO
NOTE - don’t use coffee grounds anymore, they leave a strange circle around each granule. Cut at 24 hours and still a bit soft. Reduce water to 28% next time.
