Apple Cider
Notes:
Substitute all or half of the water required with Apple Cider, making sure it's 100% apple with little to no preservatives. Make sure the apple cider is cold, freezing it into cubes prior to adding the lye little by little will help reduce overheating from the sugars in the cider.
Mix in Lye solution to Oils once between 80-120F and within range of each other, mix until emulsified. Divide into 4, main batter, 3 smaller mixing cups. Color with red, pink and white and drop swirl into main batter in mold. Let sit 24 hours, cure 4-6 weeks.
